Various trial run of worm gear reducer.
1. No load trial run: the running time of positive and reverse operation at rated speed should not be less than 2H.
Two. The load trial run is carried out at rated speed and rated negative cylinder. The time should not be less than 2H.
3. In the whole operation process, the operation should be stable, no impact, no abnormal vibration and diffuse sound, and no oil leakage or leakage is allowed at the seals and joints.
Fourthly, when the load is running, the temperature of the oil pool of the gear reducer should not exceed 3590, and the wet rise of the bearing should not exceed 45 degrees C. For the worm reducer, it should not exceed 60 degrees C.
